Nominations close on July 31. Students interested in applying for the tertiary level scholarships must be entering the degree programme during September 2012 in the disciplines of: government and public administration; economics; science and technology (ICT); maritime studies, energy, earth science and environment studies; economic and social development; tourism; cultural studies; urban planning; visual and performing arts; jurisprudence; medicine; agriculture.
