Scholarships are applicable to practically all areas of knowledge. However programmes with special
importance to the Caribbean is preferred such as:

• Biotechnology 
• Genomics 
• Mechatronics 
• Nanotechnology 
• Environment 
• Spanish as a second language 
• Tourism
• Natural Disaster
