Eligibility:
Available to CARICOM Nationals who:
- are registered students in the Faculty of Science & Technology majoring in Geography or Geology OR;
- are registered in the Faculty of Humanities & Education majoring in Geography OR;
- are registered in the Faculty of Engineering majoring in Civil Engineering;
- will be entering Level 2 of the B.Sc. degree programme.
Criteria:
The award will be based on:
- High academic performance (at least a GPA of 3.0)
Method of Selection:
Short-listed candidates will be selected by a panel comprising personnel from the UWI with recommendations made in selecting the final candidates.
Please Note:
Students who have withdrawn from the programme without good reason and the approval of the Academic Director, or who fail to complete the programme, will be required to repay the award.
